We are growing and looking for a motivated and dependable Structured Cabling Technician to join our Infrastructure Team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and building quality network infrastructure, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Install, terminate, label, and test structured cabling systems Run and place CAT5e/CAT6, fiber optic, coaxial, and low-voltage cabling according to industry standards Install cable pathways including J-hooks, ladder racks, cable trays, and conduit Build and organize IT and telecommunications closets, including racks, patch panels, and cable management systems Perform cable testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks Assist with fiber optic installation, testing, and troubleshooting projects Read and follow blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and customers to complete projects efficiently and professionally Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage, or telecommunications infrastructure Experience with network cabling installations and terminations Knowledge of fiber optic cabling and testing is a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, cable testing equipment, and ladders safely Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills Data center or service technician experience is a plus Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as project needs require Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have Valid Drivers License Must pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Seimitsu?
