Immediate / Next Day Start Job Summary We're mainly looking for junior cable technicians or anyone with basic construction or hands-on experience who is ready to learn and work. If you have more experience (lead/foreman level), that's a plus — but not required. What You'll Be Doing Pulling and running cable Working on cable trays and racks Dressing and labeling cable Spotting lifts (10-12 ft) Following basic prints/layouts What We're Looking For Entry-level to 2+ years experience (construction, cabling, installs, etc.) Comfortable on a construction site Willing to learn and take direction Able to work with tools and stay active all day Ready to start ASAP Bonus (Not Required) Data center or cabling experience Ability to read blueprints Leadership or foreman experience Work Environment (Quick Reality Check) Active data center construction site Repetitive, hands-on work 50+ hours/week Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
