Job Description

Cable Installer/Technician - Clearance Required Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is searching for multiple Cable Installers/Technicians in support of our recently awarded contract in support of the Department of State.

Our position requires extensive international travel to various US embassies and consulates around the world providing Wi-Fi Survey and Wi-Fi Installation services, including:
  • Overseeing and installing telephone, coaxial, and fiber optic cables, including vertical and horizontal cable pairs to the desktop.
  • Locating and diagnosing signal transmission defects using various test equipment and visual inspection.
  • Using tools and related test equipment, ground power equipment, and pressure equipment.
  • Prepares necessary reports.
Communicates directly with technical and management personnel.
Min Education:
High school
Min Experience:
6RCCD and/or BICSI Certifications preferred, but not required.

Active Security Clearance required.
