Job Description
At CompucomStaffing , you're more than just a number. Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team onsite in Greensboro, NC and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues Repair IT equipment in the field Travel to customer sites and provide support on various pieces of equipment, including, but not limited to, printers, POS equipment, networking equipment, etc.Skills and Qualifications :
A+ certification is preferred Printer repair experience is preferred Must be able to solve technical issues Must be self motivated, organized, and detail oriented Must have good written and verbal communication skills Must have great customer service skillsWage Range :
The rate for this position is between $16.15 - $21.50 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits :
