Job Description Low Voltage Technician - Structured Cabling Charlotte, NC Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Technician in Charlotte, NC! Earn $18-$28/hr , enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low voltage staffing. Apply now! Responsibilities Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cabling Test installed cabling using Fluke or similar testers Punch down voice and data jacks and terminate patch panels Install racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable trays, ladder rack, MDF/IDF rooms, and telecom spaces Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights) Read and interpret blueprints, system layouts, and installation drawings Install and support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Requirements 2+ years of commercial or industrial low voltage experience Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred Working knowledge of telecom and data networks Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Preferred Qualifications Experience with fiber optic installation and termination BICSI certification a plus OSHA, lift, or scissor lift certifications Experience working in commercial buildings, warehouses, hospitals, or industrial sites Why Work with Next Level Technician in Charlotte, NC?
