We are hiring for a hands-on entry-level Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations at customer sites while working alongside experienced Lead Technicians. What You'll Do As an Installer, you will support the successful execution of installation projects by: Installing and configuring company systems and components at customer sites Supporting system performance and ensuring proper functionality Working closely with Lead Technicians to execute project plans Following installation standards to maintain quality and consistency Troubleshooting issues and assisting with technical problem resolution Maintaining accurate installation documentation and reports Ensuring compliance with safety protocols on every job site Managing tools, materials, and equipment at project locations What Success Looks Like Deliver installations on time and meet project deadlines Maintain high-quality standards with minimal rework Collaborate effectively with team members in the field Continuously build technical skills through training and hands-on experience What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus Experience in installation, field service, or a related trade preferred Strong technical aptitude with tools and installation equipment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join NCS Competitive pay ranging from $17/hr - $21/hr (based on experience) Hands-on experience working on real-world installation projects Exposure to advanced systems and technologies Ongoing training and development opportunities, including certifications A collaborative, team-first environment Growth Opportunities At NCS, Installers have a clear path to grow into Lead Technician and advanced field roles through continuous learning and performance.
