Residential Cable & Fiber Installer

We are a Spectrum subcontractor hiring experienced Residential Cable & Fiber Installers in the Sanford, NC area. This is a permanent, full-time 1099 contractor position with consistent daily workload.

COMPENSATION

Pay Type:

Piece rate (per completed job) Earning potential: $1,500

• $4,500/week depending on volume and speed

Per Diem:

$150/day for every day worked during the first 30 days to help cover your startup costs Flexible schedule

• you manage your own route

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install coaxial cable and fiber optic lines to residential homes Activate Single, Double, and Triple Play services (internet, TV, phone) Complete Trouble Calls and Change of Service orders Perform cable drop installs and drop bury as needed Work independently from a daily dispatch schedule

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in cable/fiber installation (Spectrum, Comcast, Cox, or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (white pickup truck or van preferred) Samsung Galaxy

S22, S23 FE, S24

FW, or S25 FE (required for dispatch app) Fiber fast connector kit (available on Amazon) Light meter: Viavi ONX-620 with

MP-60 OR VEEX CX310

ft extension ladder and 6 ft stepladder Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the
