Job Description

The Technical Security Systems Professional is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's electronic security systems program, with primary focus on CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, networking and related physical security technologies. This role usually does not, but at selected times may need to, perform hands-on installations. The primary role serves as the central point of coordination for system performance, vendor management, project execution, compliance, and long-term program development. The position ensures security technology solutions align with business objectives, risk management strategies, and operational requirements across all facilities. This role works closely with security leadership, facilities, IT, operations, and third-party integrators to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the enterprise-wide CCTV and access control program, including strategy, standards, governance, and operational performance Manage relationships with security system integrators, vendors, manufacturers, and service providers Coordinate system upgrades, expansions, repairs, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle planning for all technical security systems Develop and enforce security technology standards, policies, and best practices across all sites Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Security, IT, Facilities, HR, Legal, and external partners regarding physical security systems Review security system designs, project scopes, proposals, and vendor recommendations for new construction, renovations, and security enhancements Monitor system health, reporting, audit compliance, and performance metrics for access control, CCTV, alarms, and related platforms Support incident investigations through system review, video retrieval coordination, access audits, and event analysis Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and industry best practices Manage budgets, forecasting, and capital planning for security technology investments Support crisis management, emergency response planning, and business continuity initiatives involving physical security systems Lead project management efforts for security technology deployments and strategic initiatives Maintain documentation including site inventories, system maps, standards, maintenance records, and operational procedures Accomplish any other tasks or directions assigned by Physical Security management or Leadership. Must Haves:
5+ years of experience managing physical security technology programs, electronic security systems, or enterprise security operations Strong working knowledge of CCTV platforms, access control systems, alarm monitoring, visitor management, and related security technologies Experience managing third-party security integrators and service providers Understanding of physical security design principles, risk assessments, and security project planning Lenel, Milestone, Solstice EBI/ProWatch or similar platform We value: Familiarity with security system compliance requirements, privacy considerations, and audit processes Strong project management, organizational, and vendor management skills Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and operational stakeholders Experience supporting corporate offices, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, or multi-site enterprise environments preferred

COMPENSATION
The annual base range for this position is $99708-$124635k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well.
