This role will report to our Field Operations Manager and will be responsible for executing and improving on our various structured wiring and low voltage installations work. Younity redefines connectivity in residential and commercial spaces by providing reliable, high-speed property-wide WiFi with simple, zero-commitment setup and proactive 24/7 support. We create seamless digital environments, allowing property managers and residents alike to experience connectivity designed for modern living. Join us in driving innovation in connected spaces. Key Responsibilities Install and manage cable systems (conduits, ladders, racks, j-hooks, raceways) Perform structured wiring for new builds and retrofits Terminate RJ45 jacks and patch panels Set up telecom racks and devices, ensuring professional cable management Install and dress doors for access control systems Interpret blueprints and follow project specifications Provide daily progress reports to team leads

Qualifications & Experience Required:

OSHA 30+10 SST

Valid driver's license Minimum of 3 years' structured wiring experience, especially in multifamily or commercial projects Proficiency in coaxial and Ethernet wiring across various structural types Experience in installing cable management, racks, and telecom devices Ability to read and work from blueprints and line diagrams

Preferred:

Access control, security camera, and AV system installation Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (e.g., digital multimeters) Experience with fiber splicing, core drilling, fire stopping, and conduit bending Leadership experience as a foreman or lead technician

Compensation:

Salary range of $90,000-$145,000 depending on experience. Weekly paychecks. Full health, vision and dental insurance package is included. 401K Participation This position is for full time employment, during regular business hours.
