Role:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing low voltage systems installation team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a hands-on, technical field while working on a variety of interesting job sites. This role requires frequent travel, including overnight stays during the work week, and may occasionally require on-call work, including weekends and overnight assignments, depending on project location. We're looking for team members who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company. Our goal is to develop employees from entry-level installers into professionals capable of leading projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Install and terminate CAT5/6 cabling Install and configure network and low voltage equipment Assist with programming systems based on documentation provided Complete detailed and accurate job documentation Follow proper installation practices, safety procedures, and industry standards

What You'll Learn:

Structured cabling and wiring techniques Code-compliant installation practices Installation and programming of video surveillance and Drive thru systems Safe and efficient job site procedures

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well with customers and team members Flexibility with schedule and travel (up to 75%), including overnight stays Mechanical or technical aptitude (construction knowledge is a plus) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Experience using hand and power tools Comfortable working on ladders and active job sites Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills, including ensuring all necessary tools and materials are prepared and stocked in the work vehicle for each job Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to problem-solve in the field Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods of time (up to, but not limited to, 8 hours) Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various physical positions for extended periods Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and lifts Ability to work in varying job site conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience pulling cable to code Experience with cable terminations
