Full-Time Overview Join a growing, international electrical and technology contractor delivering high-quality solutions across industrial environments. Bachner Electro USA is seeking a Data Infrastructure Technician to support the installation and deployment of structured cabling and network infrastructure systems. In this role, you will contribute to projects that power critical operations and support advanced technologies nationwide. Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, label, and dress Category (Cat5-Cat6A) and fiber optic cabling Test installed cabling using appropriate certification equipment Install and configure racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, and workstation outlets Perform MDF/IDF buildouts and ensure proper cable management Interpret blueprints and system layouts to execute installations accurately Operate lifts and adhere to ladder safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and client representatives Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Working knowledge of structured cabling standards (ANSI, TIA/EIA, BICSI) and NEC Familiarity with data network infrastructure Ability to follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight assignments Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
Preferred:
