Network Technician JR

ActioNet is seeking a Junior Network Technician to join our team in multiple CONUS locations. Traveling is required for this position. Responsibilities Assists engineers and technicians with placement of infrastructure components, pre-configuration. Performs tasks involving physical labor at installation site to aid daily operations. Assists in movement of equipment, racks, boxes, pallets. Assists in cleanup and restoration of facilities to preinstall conditions. Disposes of waste materials. Performs site preparation and implementation activities required to implement approved ISP/OSP solution. Assists in the installation of ISP/OSP cabling, installation of racks/cabinets and equipment. Follows processes and procedures as provided by management or lead engineers. Performs cable dressing, labeling, and documentation. Assists in restoration activities to return site to previous condition before project work. Tracks task status to provide updates to management or lead engineers. Work is performed under supervision.

Required Qualifications & Skills Degree:

High School diploma;

Experience:

3 years;
