Job Overview Real Future Communication LLC is actively seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated individuals for the position of Fiber Optic Field Technician / Cable Technician . This is an excellent opportunity for independent contractors and small business owners looking to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry. We especially welcome applicants who already operate as a Sole Proprietor LLC and own a vehicle and tools , although experience is not required. If you are hardworking, responsible, and ready to learn, we will train you from the ground up. We proudly work with individuals who are not U.S. citizens but possess valid work authorization (EAD) . Basic English is required for communication with customers and supervisors. We are highly receptive to Russian-speaking applicants and Russian immigrants. Preferred Qualifications Existing Sole Proprietor LLC or independent contractor business setup Prior cable, telecom, fiber optic, or low-voltage experience Ownership of basic technician tools Self-motivated and reliable work ethic Strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Tools are preferred, but we can assist qualified candidates with obtaining a starter tool kit.
