Job Description

Build Projects Across the Country With All Ether All Ether is growing, and we are looking for a strong Lead Low Voltage Technician based in the Memphis area who is ready to lead from the front, support high-impact commercial projects, and travel when project needs require it. This is not a basic technician role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads crews with confidence, solves problems in the field, and understands what it takes to deliver quality work under pressure. If you have strong fiber experience, structured cabling knowledge, and leadership ability, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values people who get the job done right. What You'll Be Doing Lead commercial low voltage installations Oversee field crews and maintain production, quality, and jobsite organization Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and structured cabling systems Build and organize MDF and IDF closets Read blueprints, drawings, and project scopes Install and support access control, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems Communicate directly with Project Managers regarding project progress and field conditions Maintain safety standards and ensure work is completed correctly the first time Travel to project locations as needed, including opportunities to support projects nationwide What We're Looking For Based in or near Memphis, TN Willingness to travel when project needs require it Strong fiber optic experience is
REQUIRED
Experience leading crews on commercial low voltage projects Strong structured cabling background Experience with testing equipment and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and lead in fast-paced environments Professional communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Ability to pass background screenings required for secure facilities Preferred Experience Fiber splicing and testing

Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
