This is not a basic technician role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads crews with confidence, solves problems in the field, and understands what it takes to deliver quality work under pressure. If you have strong fiber experience, structured cabling knowledge, and leadership ability — this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values people who get the job done right. What You'll Be Doing Lead commercial low voltage installations across the country Oversee field crews and maintain production, quality, and jobsite organization Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and structured cabling systems Build and organize MDF and IDF closets Read blueprints, drawings, and project scopes Install and support access control, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems Communicate directly with Project Managers regarding project progress and field conditions Maintain safety standards and ensure work is completed correctly the first time Travel nationwide for project deployments What We're Looking For Based in or near Nashville, TN Full-time nationwide travel availability Strong fiber optic experience is
REQUIRED
Experience leading crews on commercial low voltage projects Strong structured cabling background Experience with testing equipment and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and lead in fast-paced environments Professional communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Ability to pass background screenings required for secure facilities Preferred Experience Fiber splicing and testing
