- on rooftops, on towers, and inside our lit commercial buildings. This is a physical, get-your-hands-dirty role for someone who likes being out in the field and seeing what they built come online. What You'll Do
- Haul and set up rooftop equipment on commercial buildings, including placing cinder-block ballast (up to about 8 blocks per site) for non-penetrating roof mounts
- Assemble non-penetrating mounts, install the radio, and align it to the tower
- Pull fiber through drop ceilings in our lit buildings
- Run and route Ethernet cabling
- Terminate Cat5e and Cat6a cable
- Run and terminate Fiber cable using a fusion splicer. We will provide on site training for this.
- Troubleshoot and verify connectivity on site What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work and heights (daily rooftop work)
- Able to lift and carry heavy material (cinder blocks, equipment) and stay on your feet
- Experience handeling 28ft Extension ladders and how to properly dismount and mount from work truck.
- Experience with low-voltage / structured cabling (pulling, running, and terminating Cat5e/Cat6a) is a strong plus
- Tower climbing experience is a big plus but not required

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Reliable, safety-minded team player Nice to Have
- Prior ISP, fixed-wireless, or fiber installation experience
- Familiarity with radios, antennas, and signal alignment
