Job Description

Field Project Manager
  • Security Integration ESST has been providing security services including cameras, access control, data, and alarm monitoring to Texas businesses for 21 years. Our headquarters is located in Justin, Texas with an additional office in Lubbock, Texas. Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance

  • Employee covered 100% Life and AD&D insurance Paid vacation 401(k) plan Phone allowance Boot allowance May be eligible for company vehicle Responsibilities Supervise the installation of multiple security projects at a time including, but not limited to, CCTV, access control, data, and intrusion alarms Manage physical security integration projects using Procore , Trimble , and PlanGrid to coordinate scheduling, project documentation, field activities, subcontractors, and installation progress Coordinate between the client and ESST team ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor and provide oversight of projects while compiling and communicating information related to critical activities, resources, and timelines Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the client and ESST team, advocating for client needs, driving program improvements Build strong client relationships through regular engagement to understand needs, challenges, and business opportunities, while aligning operational support to meet objectives Establish standards, policies, and processes ensuring proper resource alignment with all individual projects Regularly report installation status to operations manager and senior project manager Work with sales team to close out documentation of critical projects Create project documentation, standards, and installation guides for assigned projects Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget Travel to and from job locations, with occasional overnight travel (in Texas only) Perform other duties as needed The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment while also being able to work independently, think creatively, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills As a Project Manager you will lead and perform the successful execution of complex security system installations. This role requires travel to various client sites in Texas, where you will be the primary point of contact and the driving force behind project success. Hands on systems experience in the following:
Access Control:
S2,
Genea, ICT Cameras:
Avigilon, Alta (formerly AVA), Panasonic (Video Insight, iPro)
Intrusion:
Bosch Valid driver's license and insurance High School diploma or GED Pass extensive background check and drug screening Experience using Procore, Trimble, and PlanGrid a plus Strong verbal and written communication Excellent managerial qualities Exceptional customer service Expert troubleshooting skills Listen and communicate with peers, supervisors, and customers Highly organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills Maintain strict client confidentiality Maintain professional appearance and demeanor Punctual & demonstrate a high attendance record The ability to use power tools The ability to climb a ladder and operate lifts Physical demands include: capable of sitting and standing for long periods of time; freely bending, kneeling, crawling and stooping while working; work from high places such as roofs, ceilings, ladders and crawl spaces and other small areas; and safely move and lift materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
