Full Job Description Cable Manufacturing Equipment Technician Quick Facts Where:

$17.50 - $20/hr
Differential:
$2.00/hr overnight shift differential (up to $19.50/hr)

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Role Focus Run and observe Skaltech and Rewind machines to maintain consistent cable/wire output Verify equipment settings and product quality against standards Maintain housekeeping, organization, and safe practices Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols Support team throughput via dependable attendance and collaboration Must-Haves Live within 45 miles of McKinney, TX Reliable transportation Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime Experience in manufacturing, production, or labor‑intensive roles (preferred) Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs.
