Security Systems Technicians (Multiple Positions Available)

Current Open PositionsTechnician I Pay Range:
$21-24 per hour Ideal for individuals with some industry experience who are looking to expand their skills and develop into independent technicians.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with system installations Running and terminating low-voltage cabling Installing devices and equipment Supporting service calls and troubleshooting activities Learning company standards and procedures Maintaining accurate documentation and jobsite organization
Technician II Pay Range:
$22-28 per hour Ideal for technicians who can perform installations with minimal supervision and independently handle routine service calls.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and repairing security systems Performing service calls independently Installing and programming access control systems Installing and servicing CCTV systems Installing and troubleshooting intercom and entry systems Assisting with project coordination and mentoring junior technicians
Lead Technician Pay Range:
$25-38 per hour Ideal for highly experienced technicians capable of leading projects, managing crews, and handling advanced troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
Leading installation projects from start to completion Managing field personnel and subcontractors Advanced troubleshooting of integrated systems Coordinating with customers, property managers, and project stakeholders Reviewing plans, specifications, and project requirements Ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion
Field Manager Compensation:
Salary + Performance Bonuses Ideal for experienced field leaders who can oversee technicians, scheduling, project execution, quality control, training, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
