This is an hourly position where you will be responsible for repairing damage caused by rodents: roofing, siding, insulation, crawl spaces, etc. so carpentry experience is a plus.

Must be able to:

use up to a 32 ft ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity of 275 lbs lift and carry up to 50 lbs access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. work in various weather conditions.
