What You'll Do:
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty trucks and trailers Maintain, operate, and prepare assigned equipment for safe use Complete and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Fleet Inspections Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Rebuild and service vehicle systems and sub-assemblies as needed Perform preventative maintenance and special service tasks Use testing equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues Adjust and test units after repair to ensure proper operation
What We're Looking For:
Diesel mechanic experience (required) Must have own tools and a willingness to grow and maintain a complete toolset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Knowledge of diagnostic tools, systems, and computer-based logging Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 6-day work weeks Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills CDL a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Full-time Flexible hours, including weekends
