• 30/hr Premier Collision & Maintenance is a commercial-focused collision and mechanical repair shop serving fleet and work vehicles throughout the Phoenix area.

We are hiring an Advanced Mechanical Technician to join our team and support both shop and mobile fleet operations. This is steady, professional work for skilled mechanics who take pride in doing things right the first time.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Class 4-8 trucks and commercial fleet vehicles Perform engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, cooling, steering, and other mechanical repairs Troubleshoot electrical and drivability issues using scan tools and diagnostic software Conduct road tests and verify repairs Support mobile/offsite fleet service work as needed Document diagnostics and completed repairs accurately

Qualifications:

5+ years of mechanical experience (commercial/fleet preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with scan tools and diagnostic software Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical shop work
