Job Description
Qualified diesel mechanic with +/- 5-10 years' experience working and repairing heavy, medium commercial vehicles. Experience with forklifts/ yellow metal and hydraulics an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible to carry out inspections, perform repairs, calibrations and troubleshooting on any makes of vehicles. Electrical components analyze and rectify all types of faults, including engines, gearboxes. Must have a valid license, preferably code 14. Must be of sober habits. Own vehicle.
