Experienced Diesel Technician.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience working on medium-duty trucks. Strong knowledge of RAM, GM, and Ford diesel engines. Must have own tools. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. We're looking for a motivated and skilled technician ready to join a fast-paced, professional diesel repair environment. Competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:

Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems in diesel engines and related systems using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

Repair and Maintenance:

Performing repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and other components, as well as conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all work is performed according to safety regulations and guidelines, especially when dealing with hazardous materials or working on heavy equipment.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, components, and repair techniques.

Diagnostic Skills:

Ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret data to identify problems.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Manual dexterity and the ability to use tools effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement repairs.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions.
