We are looking for both entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and experienced mechanics. In this role, you will help diagnose, repair, and maintain semi-trucks, trailers, and other diesel-powered equipment to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build a long-term career in diesel repair. Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Duties Perform routine maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire service. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and air brake systems. Assist with major repairs and component replacements. Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety issues. Operate tools and shop equipment safely. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Previous diesel or automotive mechanical experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
