What You'll Do Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance on Bobcat compact equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Work closely with parts specialists, service writers, and fellow mechanics to keep the shop running smoothly. Use computer systems for parts lookups, job documentation, and time logging. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized, with an eye for detail and efficiency. Attend Bobcat factory-led trainings to continue building your expertise. Take pride in your work and represent both the Bobcat and Iconic Machinery brands with professionalism.

What We're Looking For Dependability:

reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn new skills and take on challenges. Solid mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Computer proficiency for parts and service documentation. Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
