• 56 Per Hour DOE Work with industry-leading Mercedes-Benz products and technology Mobile service position with variety in your day State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and factory support Paid manufacturer training and professional development Stable, full-time employment with a respected dealership Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Paid Factory Training Career Development Opportunities Opportunities for Advancement Responsibilities Perform mobile diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on diesel vehicles Service and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans and other diesel-powered vehicles Diagnose engine, fuel, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems Perform preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining Mercedes-Benz quality standards Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service department and customers Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Operate and maintain the mobile service vehicle, tools, and equipment Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of diesel technician experience required Experience with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans strongly preferred Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule Excellent communication and customer service skills ASE Diesel Certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
