Position:
Diesel Mechanic (Heavy-Duty / Semi-Truck Division) We're seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics who take pride in their work, value professionalism, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment. If you are dependable, results-driven, and ready to be part of a company that's scaling with purpose , we want to meet you. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers Inspect and repair engines, brakes, transmissions, suspensions, electrical systems, and air systems Conduct full welding and fabrication work when required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with the shop manager and team to meet weekly production goals Deliver consistent, high-quality work that represents the J & L brand Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (semi-truck experience preferred) Knowledge of Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, and other major brands Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Reliable, motivated, and committed to long-term growth Must have basic tools (advanced tools a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
