As a key member of our service department, you will ensure that our customers' vehicles are repaired to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heavy line and diesel engines, and related systems in Ford vehicles. Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and inspections. Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment to pinpoint and fix technical issues efficiently. Follow safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate with team members and the service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and advancements in diesel technology.
Qualifications:
Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field. Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, preferably with Ford vehicles. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment specific to diesel engines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
