In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment, including light and heavy trucks, light and heavy trailers, and industrial vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting our operations and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse machinery in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities will shine. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, hydraulics, suspension components, and other heavy equipment systems. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and shocks & struts replacement to keep equipment in optimal condition. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electronic and electrical issues efficiently. Fabricate parts or modify existing components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques when necessary. Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors-trailers, farm machinery, and industrial equipment safely and effectively. Assist with assembly and disassembly of equipment during repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed for compliance and future reference. Skills Proven experience working as a Diesel Technician or Mechanic with dealership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, hydraulics, HVAC systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for heavy equipment repair. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools. Ability to perform tire service, brake repair, suspension work, and shocks & struts replacement accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
