We are a growing fleet of 9 trucks and 13 trailers. Our company believes in fixing repairs correctly, using OEM parts in most cases, and stocking a lot of parts to aid in the efficiency of timely repairs. We utilize a Service truck with necessary parts and tools required to do the job. We believe in investing in quality tools and equipment to make our fleet the best! Minimum Qualifications 6+ years as a Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician (Kenworth/ Peterbilt dealer experience a big plus) Clean driving record

• no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years Valid Driver's License (Class A or B strongly preferred
• we can help you obtain if needed) Ability to pass ongoing DOT physicals and drug screens (including pre-employment) Has own tools
• Specialized tools provided if needed Positive attitude Arrives on time or early
• ready to work Self-starter who needs almost zero supervision Excellent communication Takes safety seriously and leads by example Our Fleet (all 2015+) Kenworth T680 & Peterbilt 579 with Paccar

engines 2021+ container chassis 1995+ flatbed trailers Required Experience, Skills & Responsibilities Skilled-level diagnostics and repair on Peterbilt/ Kenworth with Paccar engines After-treatment systems & Davie4 software (must be very comfortable) Advanced electrical troubleshooting (harness, shorts, power/ground issues) Full BIT/DOT inspections (90-day & annual) and all required repairs Keep the fleet on strict PM schedules Mobile/on-site repairs and roadside break-down response Trailer inspections and repairs (chassis & flatbeds) Parts pick-up and inventory management Work safely and keep detailed records
