About the Role In this role as a Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and performing service repairs for our fleet vehicles. Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where equipment uptime is critical. You must be able to diagnose and solve problems quickly and go the extra mile! Job Responsibilities Ensure Fleet Reliability, all assets to be maintained in a manner that mitigates service interruptions Ensure Fleet Availability and return assets to service as quickly as possible Available to be "on-call" if requested and promptly respond to work orders Address drivers concerns promptly within a 24 hour period Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Compliance (PMC) of 98% or higher Available to travel to other markets to support Fleet maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of technician experience Must already have the proper tools and equipment of the trade Independent self starter that can be effective without constant or immediate supervision A great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
