The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, experience with preventative maintenance, trailer repair, and basic welding. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to keep equipment operating efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services Repair trailers, brake systems, and related components Complete welding repairs as needed Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records Work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred Diagnostic experience required Welding experience preferred Experience with brake systems and trailer repair Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures Ability to work flexible hours and occasional Saturdays 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift available Strong attention to safety and detail Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling opportunities Stable, full-time position Supportive work environment
