We repair and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and fleet vehicles. This position requires strong diagnostic skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in both shop and field and road side environments. Road service and mobile repair work are required and may involve travel time to time. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and electrical systems Perform truck and trailer repairs and preventive maintenance Repair brakes, air systems, suspensions, bushings, wheel seals, hubs, and steering components Perform trailer suspension, ABS, and brake repairs Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems Perform steel and aluminum welding, fabrication, and trailer structural repairs Repair heavy equipment and industrial machinery as needed Complete road service and mobile repair calls Accurately document repairs and inspections Qualifications. Minimum 1 year of diesel, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, International, Mack, trailers, and heavy equipment preferred No Certification from diesel institute required. only tools experience needed. Welding and fabrication experience required; aluminum welding is a plus Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Own tools not required but a plus.
