Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ford Diesel Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford diesel vehicles, including Super Duty trucks equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines. This position requires strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Utilize Ford diagnostic systems to accurately diagnose complex engine, transmission, and electrical issues Perform teardowns and repairs on Power Stroke engines, including fuel system components, turbochargers, and after-treatment systems Execute high-level repairs on TorqShift transmissions, 4WD systems, and heavy-duty suspension/steering components Conduct thorough road tests and multi-point inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards Maintain clear and accurate records of all work performed, including diagnostic steps and parts used, in compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements Qualifications
DIESEL MECHANIC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Professional experience specifically focused on Ford diesel platforms Active ASE Certifications (preferred) Ford Factory Training credentials (preferred) Deep familiarity with Ford's proprietary diagnostic software and specialized diesel tooling Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for testing heavy-duty vehicles Benefits We offer one of the most competitive Benefits packages in the industry to all full-time team members as well as part-time team members who are deemed eligible based on a minimum hours requirement.
