Work supports continuous production in a 24/7 industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Crushing, Conveying & Fixed Plant Systems Troubleshoot, repair, install & maintain jaw & gyratory crushers, conveyors, mobile conveying systems & screen decks Maintain dust suppression & dust collection systems including filters, screens & airflow components Support reliability of crushing & conveying infrastructure in continuous production environments Perform component-level diagnostics, replacement & overhaul of fixed plant systems Mechanical Systems, Pumps & Process Equipment Maintain pumps, pipelines, hydraulic systems, compressors, agitators, rotors & gearboxes Service ball mills, rod mills, filter drums, hydraulic filter presses & lubrication systems Overhaul rotating equipment including drive assemblies, crushers & gear reduction systems Inspect bearings, couplings, seals, motors & mechanical components Preventative & Predictive Maintenance Perform lubrication & mechanical preventative maintenance across all fixed plant systems Monitor oil levels, filters, wear conditions & system performance Identify early failure indicators including vibration, heat, noise & mechanical degradation Complete lubrication routes, pressure checks & fluid system monitoring Welding, Fabrication & Rigging Perform welding & cutting (Stick, MIG, TIG, ARC, oxy-acetylene) Execute structural fabrication, repair & component replacement Operate rigging & hoisting equipment for lifts, installations & removals Equipment Operation & Field Support Operate forklifts, cranes, boom trucks, pneumatic tools & mobile equipment Support underground & surface maintenance in confined spaces & elevated work areas Act as fill-in supervisor when required Train & mentor team members Documentation & Technical Work Prioritize repairs based on safety & production impact Complete work orders, inspections & maintenance documentation Read & interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals & part lists Follow established maintenance procedures & safety standards Qualifications Minimum Requirements 2+ years industrial mechanical maintenance experience (mining, crushing, pumps, fabrication or industrial repair) Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through competency evaluation Ability to pass technical & safety assessment where required Welding proficiency (MIG, TIG, ARC, oxy-acetylene) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, welding & machine shop practices Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose & repair mechanical systems Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & manuals Strong communication & time management skills Ability to follow verbal & written instructions in English Preferred High School Diploma or GED Work Conditions 24/7 rotating shift schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Underground mine, mill & industrial plant environments Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, heat, cold, humidity & chemicals Confined space entry & elevated platform work required Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling & manual mechanical work Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Full PPE compliance required at all times Benefits Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, holidays & sick leave Tuition assistance & advancement opportunities Company-paid life & disability insurance Employee assistance program Optional discounted insurance programs (auto, home, pet) ATS Mechanical Maintenance | Industrial Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Predictive Maintenance | Troubleshooting | Root Cause Analysis | Equipment Repair | Installation & Commissioning | Crushing Systems | Conveying Systems | Fixed Plant Maintenance | Rotating Equipment | Pumps & Pump Systems | Hydraulic Systems | Pneumatic Systems | Gearboxes & Drive Systems | Ball Mills | Rod Mills | Conveyors | Screen Decks | Lubrication Systems | Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick/ARC) | Fabrication & Welding Repair | Rigging & Hoisting |

Can you describe your experience performing troubleshooting, diagnostics & root cause analysis on mechanical equipment? Have you performed preventative & predictive maintenance programs such as lubrication routes, inspections & vibration/heat monitoring? Do you have experience reading & interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics & equipment manuals?
