Job Description
Diesel Mechanic | Denver, CO | $30 - $40/hr We are a locally owned heavy civil construction company with 25 years of experience building Colorado's infrastructure. We are not a corporate machine. We are a tight-knit team of people who show up every day, take pride in the work, and look out for each other. We are looking for a skilled mechanic who can do it all, from small engines to a Cat 350 and everything in between. What You'll Do Keep our fleet and heavy equipment running at peak performance. You'll diagnose and repair hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems on diesel and gas-powered trucks, heavy construction equipment, and small tools. You'll also run a mobile service truck out to jobsites, so a CDL with a clean MVR is a big plus. What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on mechanical/preventative maintenance experience Ability to troubleshoot and repair across a wide range of equipment Comfort working around forklifts, skid steers, backhoes, and more A "can do" attitude in a fast-paced environment Your own tools Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen What You Get $30 - $40/hr based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (50% employer-paid, fully covered after 2 years) 401k with company matching PTO Real room for growth with a company that has been built to last 25 years in business and still growing.
