Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on agriculture equipment, farm machinery, and diesel heavy equipment, with special emphasis on Case IH equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret equipment schematics and service manuals Complete accurate service reports and documentation Communicate repair updates with service staff and customers Work with parts, sales, and service teams to meet customer needs Maintain tools, shop equipment, and service vehicles About the
