This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical ability who wants to grow into a long-term mechanic career. Responsibilities Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment Help with inspections, fluid changes, brakes, tires, and general shop work Maintain clean and organized work areas Support fleet readiness and safety operations Learn Atlas fleet systems and repair procedures Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude required Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Experience with automotive, diesel, construction equipment, landscaping equipment, or similar mechanical work preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable attendance are essential Pay & Benefits $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience Overtime available 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Opportunity for advancement and hands-on training About Atlas Outdoor Atlas Outdoor delivers high-quality fencing, guardrail, gates, and outdoor construction solutions across Connecticut and surrounding areas.
