options Life insurance Parental leave Paid time off + paid holidays 401(k) with company match Relocation assistance available Career growth and advancement programs Technician-Exclusive Benefits Performance-based Technician Incentive Program $150 annual Redwing Boot Program CDL and renewal cost coverage (eligible roles) Sign-on bonus available What You'll Do Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair vehicles Perform troubleshooting, electrical, and full diagnostic services Complete general and detailed repairs on trucks, engines, and components Install major components (liners, pistons, bearings, differentials, clutches, transmissions, etc.) Inspect safety devices, tighten fasteners, and ensure proper protective measures Lubricate, adjust, and road-test vehicles to confirm repairs Communicate with Service team on additional repair needs Maintain organized, safe workspace and properly care for tools Follow all safety standards, procedures, and best practices What You Need Positive attitude and strong mechanical aptitude 1-2+ years of experience as a medium or heavy-duty diesel technician Valid driver's license Full set of personal hand tools Completed diesel/automotive training program OR equivalent hands-on experience Ability to use a computer for diagnostics and documentation Experience with any of these brands is a plus: International, Isuzu, Ford, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, CAT, Allison, Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Kenworth, Peterbilt Who Thrives at Allegiance People who succeed here are team-oriented, safety-focused, motivated to grow, and take pride in doing high-quality work.
