Diesel Semi Truck, Trailer and Forklift Fleet Mechanic Milford, CT 06461 $90,000

  • Full-time Inspections and repairs on Diesel Semi Trucks, trailers, pick up trucks, service trucks, and Forklifts.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of diesel engine repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to do Electrical Diagnostic troubleshooting & fabricating a plus. Perform routine servicing, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations. Disassemble, repair, and replace malfunctioning parts like pistons, bearings, gears, valves, and braking mechanisms. Troubleshoot and repair complex auxiliary systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and exhaust systems. Perform post-repair test drives and inspections to verify that vehicles meet safety and environmental regulations. Must have CDL Class A or B Maintain accurate records of parts used, hours worked, and services performed for shop or client logs
