Job Description Job Description Join a Team of Skilled Technicians Providing Specialized Field Service Solutions Core Truck Solutions is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician -Diesel & Heavy Truck/Equipment to join our growing field service team. This role combines advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of specialized equipment throughout Florida and occasionally beyond. You'll work on heavy-duty trucks, truck-mounted cranes, bucket trucks, digger derricks, and utility equipment while supporting customers in the field. Most work is performed throughout Florida, with occasional travel opportunities in supporting projects outside the state. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Inspect, repair, and test truck-mounted cranes, bucket trucks, and digger derricks Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance Perform minor equipment upfits, installations, and modifications Work independently in the field while representing Core Truck Solutions professionally What We're Looking For 5+ years of diesel truck or heavy equipment repair experience Strong hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic skills Experience with cranes, bucket trucks, digger derricks, aerial lifts, or similar equipment CDL Class A or B preferred Welding and fabrication experience preferred Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems Valid driver's license Willingness to travel as needed Bonus Qualifications NCCCO Crane Inspector Certification ASE Certifications Experience with IMT, Stellar, Auto Crane, Altec, Versalift, Terex, or similar equipment Not Your Typical Technician Role This is an abbreviated overview of the position.
