Dick Williams Inc. offers full time employment and continued training for experienced technicians. We are looking for a Problem solvers and Team players that care about their fellow employees. Competitive salary for top producing mechanics. Our customers count on us to maintain their equipment and provide service to repair drive shafts, brakes, suspensions, clutches, transmissions, A/C issues, PTO & hydraulics, engine problems and preventative maintenance to name a few.
Diesel Mechanic/Technician Requirements:
Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems Ability to explain technical automotive vehicle diagnoses and needed repairs to sales teammates and customers on an as-required basis Document and record information related to repairs Must maintain an organized neat and safe work area Should have at least 5+ years of mechanical diagnosis, problem solving and repair experience Must own personal set of hand tools Perform other work-related duties assigned Must have Flexibility and willing to work extended hours Health Dental and vision Insurance available Paid vacation and paid major holidays Company matched 401K Must have: A Valid Driver's License. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and uphold safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle status and repairs needed.
