THE TYPE OF FIELD DIESEL TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (mobile or shop) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with brake, electrical, suspension, and hydraulic systems Clean driving record Self-starter attitude with the ability to work solo and represent our brand Solutions-first mindset and respect for time, tools, and customers Experience with diagnostic software and tools (preferred) Commercial driver's license (CDL) (preferred)

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR FIELD DIESEL TECHNICIAN

You'll start your day with a clear schedule and head directly to customer sites in a fully equipped service vehicle. The job is full-time and on-site , with shifts designed to optimize both customer needs and your work-life balance. Every day as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you will drive to customer locations, responding to scheduled services and urgent calls, ready to tackle everything from preventative maintenance to unexpected breakdowns on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. You will represent Rite Wrench on-site, using industry-standard diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex engine, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will coordinate with the office and customers to source parts, document your work, and keep fleets compliant with DOT and FDOT inspections. As you build relationships with customers and support junior techs, you will embrace hands-on, solution-driven work that lets you see the direct impact of your skills every single day.
