Role:
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic Instructor to teach part-time and inspire the next generation of diesel mechanics. As an instructor, you will guide students in mastering the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the diesel repair industry.
Responsibilities:
Teach students industry standard techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage Develop and update curriculum to reflect industry changes and advancements Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain a safe and organized learning environment Assist in the job placement process for students postgraduation
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the diesel mechanic field, with hands on repair and diagnostics experience
Certification:
ASE Diesel Certification or equivalent preferred
Teaching Experience:
Prior teaching experience a plus, but not required Class A CDL preferred but not required
Skills:
Communication, organization, and technical abilities Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Salary and Benefits Package:
