BCBS Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Coverage Supplemental Insurance Options Free Group Term Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time Uniforms, PPE & Ice Provided What You'll Do As a Tech B, you'll perform mid-level diagnostics and repairs to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across fleet vehicles and equipment Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems Review and complete repairs identified in DVIRs and work orders Use diagnostic software and onboard vehicle systems to troubleshoot issues Follow factory service manuals to complete accurate repairs Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards Communicate effectively with drivers and leadership on vehicle status and preventive maintenance Maintain accurate records and complete documentation on time Support and guide entry-level technicians and shop helpers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with heavy-duty or medium-duty trucks and equipment Working knowledge of: Suspension systems Brake systems Electrical systems Hydraulic systems Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software Ability to complete jobs within standard repair times (SRTs) and estimate repair needs Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency Team-oriented mindset with willingness to mentor junior staff CDL Class B preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months) What Sets This Role Apart You'll gain experience working on top-tier equipment like Mack, Freightliner, Peterbilt , and specialized bodies from Heil and McNeilus —including CNG, LPG, and hybrid fleets .
