Heavy Equipment Diesel Field Mechanic to join our team. As a Field Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a safe work environment while meeting the physical demands of the job, you must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks, with or without a reasonable accommodation: Perform routine maintenance on Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems Conduct inspections to identify faulty parts or components that need repair or replacement Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately Repair or replace defective parts, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, brakes, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of diesel engines and Heavy Equipment Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong knowledge of diesel engine Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues Experience with HVAC systems in diesel Heavy Equipment Knowledge of hydraulic systems in heavy equipment

CLASS A DIESEL MECHANIC

Must have experience with electrical & hydraulics Must have at least 2 years' experience and training

SCHEDULE

OVER 21-years of age VALID driver's license GOOD driving record Must have your own set of tools

CLASS A PAY

This position starts at: $30/hr. - $40/hr. (Depending on your experience level)
