Diesel Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ford Diesel Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford Super Duty Trucks, from the 7.3L to the newest 6.7L Power Stroke Diesels. Your expertise will ensure that vehicles are diagnosed and repaired correctly. IDS/FDRS

scan tools & online shop manual to identify issues with diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and all other powertrain components. Replace or repair shocks & struts, brakes, HVAC systems, and other tertiary equipment related to drivability. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems. Assist with assembly or disassembly of vehicles during repairs; perform heavy lifting safely when handling large parts. Skills Proven experience working in a dealership environment with OEM tools & procedures. In-depth knowledge of Power Stroke Diesel systems and how they function. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals; ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Familiarity with Ford's

IDS/FDRS

diagnostic software; ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail; capable of performing heavy lifting safely. Effective communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.

Pay:

$1,300.00 - $2,100.00 per week
