Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ford Diesel Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford Super Duty Trucks, from the 7.3L to the newest 6.7L Power Stroke Diesels. Your expertise will ensure that vehicles are diagnosed and repaired correctly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using Ford's
IDS/FDRS
scan tools & online shop manual to identify issues with diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and all other powertrain components. Replace or repair shocks & struts, brakes, HVAC systems, and other tertiary equipment related to drivability. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems. Assist with assembly or disassembly of vehicles during repairs; perform heavy lifting safely when handling large parts. Skills Proven experience working in a dealership environment with OEM tools & procedures. In-depth knowledge of Power Stroke Diesel systems and how they function. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals; ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Familiarity with Ford's
IDS/FDRS
diagnostic software; ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail; capable of performing heavy lifting safely. Effective communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
Pay:
$1,300.00 - $2,100.00 per week
