As a Diesel Technician, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in diesel mechanics. Assist in performing routine maintenance on gas and diesel engines Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Develop proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software Support brake inspections and other safety checks Gain experience with tools such as jacks, lifts, and precision measurement instruments Follow safety protocols and company procedures Accurately document maintenance and repairs in the system Complete required training and certifications Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Currently attending or graduated from a Gas & Diesel Trade School High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred) Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills and hands-on tool usage experience A valid driver's license is required (CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL is preferred) Strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills Basic computer skills for data entry into maintenance systems Must possess necessary tools to perform assigned tasks #CWRINC
