Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Mobile Semi Truck Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will perform comprehensive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on semi trucks and heavy equipment at various locations. Your expertise will help ensure our fleet remains reliable, safe, and compliant with industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of machinery including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy-duty transmissions. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, hydraulics, suspension components, and HVAC systems on semi trucks and heavy equipment Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, and wheel alignments Fabricate parts or modify equipment using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques Operate heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical issues accurately Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a high level of attention to detail during repairs or assembly work Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while providing excellent customer service Skills Proven dealership or heavy equipment repair experience with strong mechanical knowledge Skilled in automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Proficient in fabrication techniques such as welding and soldering Familiarity with schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems Experience working with excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, or industrial equipment Ability to operate power tools safely for assembly or repair tasks Strong customer service skills with clear communication abilities Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a team that values hard work, technical expertise, and dedication to keeping our fleet running smoothly!
